Call Logs
Access detailed call logs with powerful filters, custom contact fields, batch actions, and more. Every call records:
- Caller number, traffic source, offer, and buyer
- Call duration, status, and conversion outcome
- Revenue, payout, and margin calculations
- Geographic data, timestamps, and custom token values
- Recording URL, transcription, and disposition
Summary Reports
View detailed summary reports grouped by buyer, traffic source, offer, status, and many other dimensions. Reports display key metrics including total calls, connections, conversions, revenue, payout, and calculated margin — helping you identify your highest-performing sources and optimize routing.
Export Call Reports
Create one-time or recurring CSV call reports with full control over filters and columns:
- Custom column selection — choose exactly which data fields appear in the export
- Advanced filters — narrow reports by date range, offer, buyer, traffic source, conversion status, and more
- Scheduled delivery — set up recurring reports delivered daily, weekly, or monthly by email to your team
Call Recording
Record inbound and outbound calls with a simple per-offer toggle. Recordings are stored securely and accessible from the call detail view.
- Per-offer control — enable or disable recording independently for each offer
- Password-protected recordings — when enabled, users must be logged into TrackDrive with company access to download or play recordings
Recording Retention
Configure automatic retention rules that define how long recordings are kept before they are deleted. Rules can be set by offer, recording age, or other criteria, helping you comply with data retention regulations and manage storage costs.
- Manage retention rules under Setup System > Recording Retention
- Set retention periods by offer or globally
- Recordings past their retention period are automatically removed
