The AWS S3 integration with Trackdrive provides a way to upload data and recordings directly from TrackDrive into AWS S3.
How It Works
Connect your own S3 bucket by providing your AWS credentials and bucket name. Once configured, TrackDrive automatically uploads call recordings to your bucket as they become available.
- Secure credential storage — AWS access keys are encrypted at rest
- Automatic upload — recordings are pushed to S3 as soon as they are finalized
- Custom path prefixes — organize recordings within your bucket using configurable folder structures
